1. How has Cosmic Centaurs changed the way in which your team works together?

Cosmic Centaurs continue to push the team, elevating their ideas and challenging their perspectives and status quo. They showed the team structured ways of thinking, and helped them develop their thought leadership. That has left a significant impact on Misk.

 

You also introduced systematic processes and approaches to developing our platforms and programs and expanded our horizons by adding a business perspective to our marketing strategy. You have given very valuable input on every project, supporting us beyond the remit of your scope each and every time.

2. What is one thing that surprised you about our partnership? 

One thing that surprised me is how quickly Cosmic Centaurs integrated into the organization. You are part of the family, a part of Misk, and you very quickly understood the context, the culture, and the outcomes we are trying to achieve.

3. On a scale of 1-10, with one being the least and ten the most, how likely are you to recommend Cosmic Centaurs?

A 10!
There is no comparison between you and other partners, because you are involved, you understand the context and your contributions are spot on. Typically, when we work with consultants, we have to go through numerous  revisions and they don’t get the context despite how much we guide them but that’s not the case with you.

4. One piece of advice you would give to our other clients?

I would encourage other clients to be open to working with you on projects and topics that feed your passions. I would also tell them to give you room to become more involved and expand your scope. The value that I have seen comes from your immersive approach and hands-on involvement. You are passionate about the work and our success becomes a personal objective and that for me stands out.

A transactional relationship would not suit your approach.

5. Which word would you use to describe each of Marilyn and Tala?

Marilyn is stubborn! But in the best way, and I say stubborn because she values accuracy and always incorporates data or evidence in her recommendations. She is open to other approaches, always presenting the pros and cons with a clear recommendation. She will not just list options and ask us to choose. She is always one step ahead with

an opinion on things and I really like that quality.

 

Tala is very talented. She adds contextual knowledge and structural approach to the thinking. When she is speaking, people actively listen.
