October marks the beginning of the last quarter of 2021. For many leaders and teams, that means it's time to start thinking about the strategy for the year ahead. To support leaders and employees who are at the early stages of their annual planning, Cosmic Centaurs teamed up with Strathaus to host a Q&A webinar all about annual strategic planning.
The focus of the discussion was centered around the annual process of strategic planning, not to be confused with developing long term strategies which have a different intellectual process and outcome. While it can seem like a daunting task, our guests presented frameworks, tips and concepts to simplify the process of annual planning making it high impact and maybe even fun!
