The Saudi Leadership Society (SLS) is a bold initiative by Misk Foundation to connect, develop, and empower a thriving community of Saudi leaders.
Cosmic Centaurs partnered with Misk Foundation to bring this vision to life — from designing the strategy and experience to leading the operations, governance, content, and member engagement for the 800+ member society. We work hand-in-hand with the team to manage delivery while building internal capabilities for long-term sustainability.

1. What results and benefits have you seen from our work together?
Cosmic Centaurs make your job as a client much, much, much easier. It’s not just that they get the work done — it’s the level of attention and quality they bring. They always aim to deliver at the highest standard, not just for the client, but to meet their own bar for excellence.
And beyond that, they’re always thinking in the long term — about how to equip your team to carry the work forward with the same level of excellence after they’re gone.
2. What is one thing that surprised you about our partnership?
One of the things that I actually like and really enjoy about Cosmic is that they're always thinking in the long term. They're always thinking: "OK, how can we equip your team as the client to be able to actually execute on whatever strategy or design work they created?"
They know they're not meant to be there forever, and they want to make sure they’re upskilling you and your team so you can also deliver that level of work in the long term.

4. What stood out to you about our approach and ways of working?
If I can sum up the best thing about Cosmic Centaurs in a few words: they care about the work just as much as you do as a client.
Their level of attention, their level of not only getting the work done but also getting it done to the best quality and to the best standard — not only to meet the client’s expectations but even to the level that they aspire to always achieve — is really admirable.
It honestly makes your job as a client much, much, much easier.
