Enabling Clarity & Amplifying Impact

Cosmic Centaurs partnered with the CE&A team within Meta to help focus their efforts, sharpen their strategic alignment, and amplify their impact. While the team was driving several powerful initiatives, they needed a unifying direction and clear articulation of their collective purpose.

We helped the team define their North Star, clarify their strategy and impact by developing their Theory of Change, defining their scope of work, and building a reporting and communications system—resulting in stronger alignment, clearer direction, and greater visibility across the organization.

This strategic foundation empowered the team to prioritize initiatives more effectively and communicate their value with confidence. It also created momentum for cross-functional collaboration, enabling the team to act as a more cohesive and influential force within Meta.

Our Engagement in 5 Questions

1. What challenge(s) were you struggling with before working with Cosmic Centaurs?

We were doing impactful work but not in sync. We lacked alignment, a shared purpose, and a system to communicate our impact effectively. We needed support to organize who we are, how we work, and what matters most to us.

2. How did Cosmic Centaurs address the problem?

Through deep listening, strategic questioning, and hands-on partnership. You brought structure, pushed us to reflect, and helped us bring clarity to our direction and identity.

3. What surprised you about our partnership?

So many things: your patience, how much you delivered with limited inputs, your consistency, and how much you cared. You never compromised on quality or presence.

4. What stood out about our ways of working?

Your approach was a lesson in itself. The kindness in your team, the rigor in your delivery, the way you always came prepared with pre-reads—it reminded us how we want to show up too.

5. What intervention had the most lasting impact?

Helping us cut through the noise. You took a wealth of scattered information and turned it into a compelling narrative. You asked the tough questions we weren’t asking ourselves, and it changed how we see our work.

We've attempted this with several partners in the past, and we didn’t get what we needed until now. I sought an organization that would truly understand us and meet us at our level, and they delivered exactly that.
