We helped Signit prepare for their launch in the Saudi market by designing their marketing and sales strategy, developing the recruitment and outsourcing approach, hiring the team and external vendors, setting up their channels, ensuring day to day operations are well managed, and that the growth targets are front and center through accurate and actionable reporting.

1. What is one thing that surprised you about our partnership?
The ‘let’s get going’ attitude! It doesn't take you four weeks to get involved. You hit the ground running and that is positively surprising.
The other thing that surprised me, is that you are not married to a scope or a process. Rather, you go with the needs of the work or the company, not your needs or the ones your client initially expressed.
Lastly, you have a high level of emotional intelligence. It allows you to problem-solve through the things that are not working, and build stronger relationships!

3. One piece of advice you would give to our other clients?
Unlike other consulting firms, the Centaurs don’t dedicate a full-time resource to each client. Align on expectations at the beginning. This helps clarify when and where you collaborate with each other.
