1. Tell us why you hired Cosmic Centaurs, what was the challenge you were trying to overcome?

We support social enterprises scale their business models and become financially sustainable.  Part of that means providing them with ideas or tools they can use to improve their operational efficiency internally.

 

In Lebanon, the ability to work remotely efficiently became crucial not only because of Covid-19, but also because of the deteriorating economic conditions.

 

As a result, we felt the need to level-up the distributed work proficiency for the  social entrepreneurs we support. Knowing you are experts on the topic, we reached out so you can help us with that.

2. What is one thing that surprised you about our work together? 

I was surprised by the team itself! Your positive vibes were very refreshing, and I was happily surprised that you were all young with advanced skills and knowledge in the field.

4. One piece of advice you would give to our other clients?

Spend more time with Cosmic Centaurs to co-design the experience. You will not only learn how they do things, but you will also help shape a more impactful workshop. Also - allow Cosmic Centaurs to speak to workshop attendees while designing the experience.

5. Which moment of our intervention stood out to you and why? 

You inspired us to train like you, and to up our game in facilitating entertaining, and engaging trainings!

The team is highly coordinated and collaborative, you run everything seamlessly.

 

We were also impressed by the thought-provoking ice-breakers you had, they were different than the ones facilitators usually use.
