EXPLORING TEAM DYNAMICS IN THE POST-PANDEMIC WORLD

The global pandemic catalysed a shift in the way individuals and organizations around the world work. The widespread adoption of remote work has changed how we connect, collaborate, and innovate.

We will look at how distributed teams develop shared identity and rituals, how to develop psychological safety in the absence of co-location, how to measure performance, and how companies have evolved their organizational design to enable small nimble teams to make faster decisions in an unpredictable world.
